Rebecca is an attorney licensed in Maine and New York that focuses on taxation issues. She received her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and her LL.M. (Masters in Tax Law) from Boston University.

Rebecca started preparing taxes 15 years ago and has spent almost 10 of those years working in public accounting and the tax department of a multi-national publicly traded corporation. Her experience includes pass-through entities, S- and C-corporations, as well as financial institutions and publicly-traded corporations. In addition she assists clients with tax planning, business formation & choice of entity, business structures, IRS & state audit representation, state tax consulting, transfer pricing, FTC calculations, and the impact of foreign subsidiaries on US reporting, including preparation of Forms 5471 and 8858.
