Sarah the founder and president of Integrated Tax Consultants. After graduating from law school in 2005, she began her career in accounting at a CPA firm in downtown Portland, and in 2014 she decided to start her own firm. She saw a need for more affordable, accessible, client-focused, and no-nonsense client services in the Greater Portland Area. Sarah’s greatest passion in her work is in utilizing her extensive experience and knowledge of the tax, legal, and business landscapes to effectively and efficiently plan, strategize, and advocate for each individual client to ensure optimal outcomes.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient Studies from Mount Holyoke College, a Juris Doctor from Iowa University Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University.

Knowledge & Experience:

Sarah has extensive experience working with sophisticated manufacturers in the New England region, dealing with such issues as self-created intangibles, LIFO inventory book-to-tax adjustments, Domestic Productions Activity Deductions, Section 263A calculations, deferred compensation plans, and other complex tax issues.

On A Personal Note:

Sarah is married with a daughter and two boys. She enjoys meeting new people and travel. Before she decided to go to law school, she wanted to be an Archeologist.
