Position Summary
The well-reputed, rapidly growing, and accessible Falmouth Accounting firm is searching for a bright, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Receptionist. Previous experience at a CPA/Accounting firm is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently and as a team member. Position requires strong customer service, computer, time management, multi-tasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Willing to train the right candidate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages front desk, answers phones, provides customer service.
- Provides general administrative support including filing, faxing, and daily office operations.
- Manages a clean office and performs other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements & Expectations
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- 2+ years clerical, reception, and/or administrative experience
- Prior experience in a digital record keeping environment preferred
- Professional and pleasant personality with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new software, processes, and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to verify electronic information meticulously is a must

Pay
The starting pay range is $16-$25 per hour depending on experience.
